What you need to do first is, to take an anodized aluminum made bottle to store the nitrous oxide. Next take a valve with a siphon to inject the N₂O from the bottle as per requirement. After that you need to fit a special fitting that will fit the nitrous bore valve internally. This helps us to attach the nitrous line to the bottle. Now a braided stainless steel nitrous pipe is required, which will feed the nitrous solenoid in the engine bay. It is mainly made of P.T.F.E. sleeve inside a woven stainless steel sheath. Now nitrous solenoid is needed to operate consistently against 1500psi pressure of N₂O at 10 volt DC. A fuel solenoid is also required to operate against 100psi pressure of liquid fuel at 10 volt DC. After that a tee piece is needed to do some means of tapping into the pressure of fuel. Now a jet holder for the nitrous jet is necessary to control the nitrous oxide jet speed. Mainly brass or stainless steel made jet holders are used. A jet holder for fuel jet is also necessary. It is also exactly same as the nitrous jet & also made of same material. Now some 4mm O/D pipes are necessary to connect the solenoids to the injection point. Nitrous or fuel injector injects the fuel & nitrous into the engine. Your nitrous system is now made. So a mounting hardware with assorted brackets, cable ties, wiring etc. are needed to set the mechanism in the vehicle. A clamping switch is also necessary, which connects the nitrous system with the control unit of the vehicle.
